F.R.S. & Associates, Inc. (FRS) has been providing professional land
surveying services in the State of Florida since 1985. Our staff has
extensive experience in all aspects of the various surveying disciplines.
The company is built upon the cornerstone of the forty plus years of
experience both in the country and abroad, of the president and founder,
Rafael Saladrigas, P.L.S. and Gary P. Williams, P.L.S., vice president who
brings twenty one years of broad ranged land surveying experience to the
firm as well. The firm is committed to an on-going process of quality
improvement, which is reflected in our enthusiasm to devote to each
project, the applications of new technologies as well as the proven
technical methods that the years of experience has provided us. We believe
our qualifications to be unmatched in the field of land surveying. F.R.S.
maintains the highest degree of professionalism by which the entire company
functions.
FRS's two professional land surveyors and six survey crews bring extensive knowledge and expertise to every project, enabling us to apply the necessary resources to any surveying project regardless of its size or complexity. As a service organization, we have two main things to offer: A quality product and on-time delivery. This can be evidenced by our state-of-the-art equipment, including Trimble Global Positioning Systems (GPS). The office has an up-to-date networked computer system which enables us to use some of the latest software. Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) is performed using AutoCAD, Version 14 as our base graphic software, enhanced by a variety of additional software packages selected to meet the needs of our clients and their projects.
F.R.S. & Associates, Inc. has been qualified to do land surveying projects by the State of Florida and the Florida Department of Transportation. We have also been qualified to do land surveying work as a DBE by the Palm Beach County Intergovernmental Certification Consortium which includes the South Florida Water Management District, the Florida Department of Transportation, the School Board of Palm Beach County, and the Broward County Office of Small/Minority Business Affairs.
